1. Prototype Demonstration Service

AkilamStore is an experimental prototype application built to demonstrate mobile-first commerce for Indian merchants. All storefronts, catalogs, listings, and customer orders created on this platform are for demonstration and testing purposes only.

2. Test Payments and Fictional Money

Payments run in Razorpay test mode. No real money moves. No actual bank transfers, credit card debits, or UPI collections occur. Any order placed using online payment methods utilizes mock UPI IDs (e.g. success@razorpay) or test card numbers.

3. Fulfillment and Goods Delivery

There is no physical warehousing, shipping carrier integration, or real goods fulfillment. Order tracking codes and status milestones (confirmed, packed, shipped, delivered) represent simulated workflows for seller operational evaluation.

4. Seller Responsibility & Content

Sellers are solely responsible for mock products, variant labels, pricing figures, and descriptions added to their tenant accounts. AkilamStore provides AI-assisted listing suggestions as drafts that require seller verification before publishing.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

This service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. AkilamStore makes no commitments regarding 100% uptime, persistent data retention across prototype resets, or fitness for production commercial transactions.
